A saying Simon Clift, Chief Marketing Officer at Unilever, likes to say inspired the name of the blog: "A brand is a contract between a company and its consumers." In this blog, it is my hope that we can bring about the things found in ads that help customers connect - or disconnect! - with the brands they love.
This blog will be a project made out of love for marketing and writing. There will be a flurry of activity followed by periods of quiet. That's OK.
